Fuel lines...
Hi There,
Just after some help please regarding the fuel lines on my NC21. I have done some searches but can't seem to find what I'm looking for
I have cleaned and set up my carbs now and fitted them back to the bike at the weekend. Trouble is, I'm not sure where all the pipes go....
The main fuel line I have correct.
The fuel drain; goes to a T-Piece and I'm not sure where each end goes? I know one end runs down to ground but where does the other end go?
Also, the fuel tap under the tank, has 3 connections (the main fuel one, then 2 on the diaphragm bit) I have connected one of the small pipes to one of them but don't know where the 3rd little pipe should come from?
There is a pipe that comes off the air-box too that I have no idea where it goes?
Same goes for the tank vent....I am assuming that just vents to atmosphere?
Cheers guys.

Re: Fuel lines...
christ been a few years since i looked at one now but
the pipe from the tank goes to a t-piece, one side runs to nothing, the other goes to the airbox drain i think.
important thing is the vaccum tap.
there should be 1 small vaccum hose that goes from the outmost spigot to the vaccum port on the side of the cylinder on the left rear of the bike

Re: Fuel lines...
Thanks for reply mate.
Yer I think I have the vaccum pipe correct as I'm getting fuel into the carbs now. The only trouble is the fuel is pissing out the drain now as I obviously have a plunger that isn't sealing on the floats
I have searched all over the net for a diagram there must be one?
On the fuel tap I'm sure I only removed 2 pipes when removing the tank (the main fat fuel pipe and the small vaccum one) I don't remember there being a third despite the tap having a 3rd nipple for something?
