FZR 400 3EN2 Manual or Wiring Diagram needed

Hi everybody. I bought old Yamaha 3EN2, its very cheap, so I think I made a great deal. Bike is in very poor condition. Thirst I would like to fix electrics and I need wiring diagram. I found 2 wiring diagrams, but they are different than is installed in my bike. Also I was looking for interior diagram of 3en-81950-00 relay - I dont have this part. Sorry for my english - it isnt my native language.

Welcome to the forum. Don't think there's a decent wiring diagram for the 3en2. There is one for the later 3tj sp it's in the documents library, there's a link at the very top of the page

Today I fix all electrical wiring without diagram. I bought used 3en-81950-00 relay. All lights works, starter works, horn works, there's spark. Next I need to fix carburetors and fuel pump. I`m looking for factory settings of carburetors.

Also I'm looking for valve clearances and fork oil type and capacity.

You can use a fzr600 3he manual for some of this, (your forks are 41mm dia I think the 600's were only 38mm)
Check the headlamps - you can get FZR1000 Exup or 600 3he to fit and they'll use an H4 bulb.
3he fairing will fit the bike (the tail doesn't)

I clean the carburetors, inside was very dirty.




Also the tank cover need many work.





Rear frame was very rusty, so I cut all corrosion and weld new steel box section.





Now engine works, electric also, but bike need many work, before it runs again on road.

I need to replace rear caliper, is it the same as FZR 600 3HE? This bike is more popular in my country. I was looking for photos of rear subframe, rear fairing and fender.
