NC30 won't start
Bikes turns (ignitech says 400rpm) but won't start. Occasionally bike fires and flames out the exhaust. I've got the choke fully on.
My plans to take the plugs out and dry them off. Put them back in and try again.
If that's fail I'm going to check the cab slides by blowing down the sub air filter pipes or moving them with my fingers.
What else should I try? Is there more I can do if it's flooded?

It's stood for a year after running dry but has fresh fuel and plugs, brand new carb rubbers.
