Well the hardest parts, rear exhausts, collector and plastics (mainly fairing, but new side panels would just look better)

Pads, battery, chain and sprokets etc but they shouldnt be a problem.

Pads, Battery, Chain / Sprockets etc are common parts and available as both OE and OE-spec.

Try

http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.tayna.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (cheap for battery)

The battery for the bike is a YB9L-B / 12N9-3B / 509 015 Tayne do a decent varta one for around £20.00

David silvers have 1 fairing panel in stock for £125.00+vat

Most parts are now discontiniued, even HOJ have very little NC24 items left in-stock. Exhausts are also mega-rare, nos ones turn up every blue moon and fetch around £150+

The NC21 system is not in such short supply and also fits the NC24 although the silencer is at a lower level
I have a pair of the under seat side panels in the shed

Ah yes the NC21, and thinking about it its only the angle of the collector exit that different, and im pretty sure that could be bent to the right angle. Nice one mate

Do you have any pictures of the side panels? Are all the lugs in tact?

These guys are only down the road from me and sell lots of premade bends, there was a time when I was going to buy some of the stainless steel ones and make one, it honestly shouldnt be too hard at all.

They may even make you one if you ask nicely

^_^
