Dry Fouling Problem

Hello,
I have cbr400rr nc29 1995 model.
I buyed it recently n got dry fouling problem on its spark plugs frequently..later i buyed NGK iridium n so on..b air filter too but still i am facing the same problem..

I need urgent help!
