O ring
Are you sure you have the correct ones lined up for the pilot/idle jet screws?
They are usually the smallest size on most carbs.
There will be o-rings on the 'link' pipes between the individual carb bodies, on the fuel feed pipes, and on the breather pipes.
Double check the sizes by trying them on the parts, you may just have them matched up incorrectly.
O-ring sizes can be deceptive when they're still in their packets.

Re: o ring
Hi glimmer,
You can email me to ask any questions.
http://litetek.co/Carb_Kit_Suzuki_GSXR400_GK76A.html
The image for the pilot screw o-ring, that is what it is, also has the description and a link to an assembly guide.

Please read all the information on the page and study the assembly guides. They are provided to help you.
There is also some documentation at the bottom of the page including labelled diagrams.
cheers
Blair

Re: o ring
thanks for the reply Doc and Blair...
Blair, as you mentioned, i looked at the instructions that your site provides and all the answers were there...fancy that!
http://www.litetek.co/Carb_Kit_Suzuki_G ... GK76A.html
from memory, when i removed the pilot screw there wasn't a washer or an o ring on it...ill double check.
this could possibly be why my bike was bogging at low rpm in first...
thanks again :-)
