NC24 Carb and Pipes

Hello new to the forum and new to the NC24. I've got one as a project but i've come stuck, could anyone please help me with the picture i've posted. Does it look right?

"???" I have no idea where a pipe should come from or to on this inlet.
"Airbox?" Does a pipe go from here to the airbox?

The pipe in your hand goes to this piece.

Thats the fuel inlet, it goes to a T piece which feeds both sides of the carbs.

So connect that loose pipe in your hands to the ??? spigo.

The cylinder breater goes to the airbox. You have marked it Airbox?

Sorry to sound like a complete idiot. But could you please explain that again. I have literately no idea where the pipes should go

look at te picture again, your holding a pipe. Connect this to the part you marked ???

you are correct in that the thing you marked "airbox?" connects to the airbox, its called the crankcase breather.

When putting it all back together I struggle to get the carb funnels sitting properly is there a trick to it? I keep getting a leak here

you shouldnt take the metal plate off the top of the carbs..

KK, I'm a n00b to the forum and I was actually wondering how the metal plate actually could come off? I see in the pic the 4 pins are attached, and frankly the way they oppose, aside from practically breaking them off, not sure how the plate could be removed. I'm going to be searching the forum for help on this, actually on adjust the carbs but found this post interesting since it comes close to an understanding I'm trying to reach.

If it will help, I could take a photo of my machine where this hose attaches. It should be pretty obvious but perhaps not. Feel free to reply and I'll take a pic of my little honey I'm to get running again.

The metal top plate is screwed onto the carbs.

Thanks Neo, so, I guess I'm wondering about the pins.

On the original posters larger picture you can see 4 (2 x 2) opposing pins. Those pins are through the plate and into the carbs. I tried to remove one but it was in there pretty solid and I was worried about breaking it off.

Should those pins come out? There's no way to remove that plate without removing those pins.

My ultimate goal is to take the carb's off and give everything a good cleaning.
