maximum size for front sprocket......

Im currently here in Japan and looking for some parts for my NC29.
Whats the maximum number of teeth (front) could possibly fit for the 29's?
By the way, could anyone please tell me what were the standard/stock number of teeth for the front and rear sprockets?
