CBR 400 RR NC29 Forks

Does anyone know if any other forks are a fairly easy swap to fit the above? ideally something with a cartridge or stiffer springs, not sure if any of the cbr 600 ones will work?

i read somewhere here that CBR 600 07 (with clamp...) are plug n' play

Would that be the CBR 600 F rather than the RR ?
