Re: HElP starting issue
all the pipes i have disconnected were reconnected in the right place. all i disconnected was the fuel pipe running from the tap and the thinner pipe which also came off the tap, is that the pipe? or is that a breather?

Re: HElP starting issue
The vacuum pipe is MUCH smaller than the fuel and breather/overflow pipes. It's not much bigger than the long pipe you might find attached to the nozzle of a lubricant spray, and is a hard plastic material (mine is, anyway). The other pipes are rubber.

Re: HElP starting issue
I presume it has run recently?
If the carbs haven't been removed or drained, there will be enough fuel in them to fire up...
It's not the kill switch is it?
Have you actually checked for fuel flow?
Phil

Re: HElP starting issue
it has been run about 2weeks ago fine, and the carbs werent removed or drained, it is also not the kill switch (which is a shame, although i would have felt silly haha!)
It runs if i pour abit of fuel down the fuel pipe into the carbs until the petrol runs out. I will check the vacuum pipe and also the tap.
Thanks for all the replies, i will let you know if it works after christmas. Have a good one.

Re: HElP starting issue
I changed the vacuum pipe as I found a tear in it and it now seems to be running okay, thanks for the suggestions :)
