the usual answer you will get is "why would you want to do that, you might as well buy a 09 CBR600RR".
However, typically, the only usual difference is in the length of the stem. I've done a front end swap before (on another bike) and it was simply a case of pressing out the old stem and pressing in the new one

Well the RR forks are a lot better than the rvf forks so it is worth doing and there is some info on the forum somewhere regarding the swap but pretty sure its just a matter of swapping the rvf stem into the cbr yokes.

It is NOT a simple swap. Be prepared for some serious machine work, or contact Mike Norman in the US. He sells custom yokes to fit RR forks to your headstock. Not cheap, but well worth.
I can tell you the RR yokes will not work in anywhere near standard trim, mainly because of steering stop issues.

Someone on here used daytona 675 forks on their Nc35. They fit right into the yokes. 50mm up top and 52mm on the bottom. I'm not sure how he worked out the brake rotor spacers.

Mike Norman can get you hooked up, from memory when I asked him for the price a few months ago it was around $750USD for everything minus bearings I think.

Hi
It is me who has the 675 daytona forks on mine, bean also followed suit shortly after
Stock rvf yokes, 675 daytona forks are in + showing 5mm through the top on my race bike
675 street triple forks are slightly longer but can be bought a bit cheaper, street triple are black + daytona are gold
the difference was like night + day, forks are incredible with massive feel + adjusters that realy do something also i run yamaha r1/r6 calipers, not saying the stock calipers are bad, far from it but the radial brakes are a world apart when realy demand the most
well worth it but dont pay what people seem to think rvf yokes are worth
sellers seem to have some illusion that stock rvf yokes are worth £150
bean bought his billet yokes for £200 delivered with stem + they are very tasty
any problems give me a shout
James
