Can anybody identify this tank with two fillers 
I've never seen one but then I'm not as clued up as some on here about these bikes
I'm not looking to buy it, just curious as to what bike it's off

Doesn't look like an nc23 tank to me but sure someone will confirm.

Well i've bought this tank for my endurance rep build so hopefully it will / can be made to fit
