GSXR1000 Track Bike

So after selling a few toys I've gone and bought this. Funny story really, dad has been after a track bike for ages but when I went to view this with him he couldn't really touch the floor, so I bought it (yes he's pissed off). I've been well into track days over the last 2-3 years and thought it isn't a bad idea to get a dedicated track toy to save my road bikes.
Pretty well spec'd:
Ohlins rear
K-Tech internals
Sprint damper
Power commander III
Full Yoshi exhaust
K&N filter
Adjustable rearsets
NRC engine covers
R&G's
Stompgrip
Harris front subframe
Race clip ons & bars
Shift indicator
All set up on the dyno @ 162rwbhp. Ouch
Already booked Cadwell in a few weeks, hopefully it hasn't got any running issues or the dreaded Suzi gearbox woe.

So I done Cadwell. Fuck man this bike is crazy fast. More suited to Silverstone or Snetterton than Cadwell but had a hoot none the less. Held its own in the intermediates, well over 160mph indicated on straights. Handles well for a big lump. Brakes need a bit of attention, perhaps a re-bleed with fresh fluid and new pads as epic brake fade after 5-6 laps.

Nice! I have track plastic for my 1098s as well as a dedicated NC30 track toy. The Duc was a blast at Mugello but here in Albuquerque the local track is very small and technical...perfect for picking off peeps in the corners with the NC. I can't wait!
