NC21 & NC24 forks?
I hope I'm posting this in the right forum..
The front forks on my NC24 are on their last legs and I can get hold of a pair of NC21 forks that are in good condition. Will they fit onto my bike easily or is it a case of only get an NC24 pair?
All and any advice is appreciated.. trust me!!
cheers
Drew

Re: NC21 & NC24 forks?
Both the forks are 37mm so they will fit in the yokes ok.
Not sure about the spring rate / length differences.. it should be minimal as the bikes are quite similar.
Some of the NC21s have 256mm discs as opposed to the 276mm discs on the NC24.
I'm not sure if the NC24 calipers will bolt onto the NC21 forks and give you the correct offset for the brakes.
I think the caliper mountings are the same so the difference between using 256mm discs and 276mm discs might just be the brake caliper mounting adapaters (which you already have..)
