MC21 wheels n an nc23?

Post by laton7 »

Hey guys been a member here for a little while but not a huge amount of posting. I'm 20, work for a small engineering company so I can do minor mods my self. I bought a cbr400 about 9 months ago and loving the bike!
I have the opportunity to put a set of nsr wheels on cbr:

1) is there any point (i.e lighter or stronger)

2) can a novice such as my self do it with some ease

Thanks

For an NC23 it could be beneficial (if you would prefer a 17" rear wheel over the standard 18").

Yes,
But you will want to raise the rear ride height,as the 17 will sit it lower.
...they need raising regardless
