Tyga nc35 brembo rear caliper adapter fit nc30?
Just noticed that tyga have an adaper bracket listed on their site to enable an 84 mm brembo caliper to be fitted to the rear of nc35's (and mc28).
Bracket, Rear Brake, 84 mm Brembo
Can anyone tell me if this will fit the nc30's swingarm, or if it could be made to fit using nc35 hub parts?

I can't see that working on a 30 cam due to 35 having a completely different torque arm design. I can remember the dimensions off the top of my head but best bet would be to mod a 35 swingarm on to the 30.

Since the axle is thinner and the swingarm narrower I guess some spacers could be made to fit the 35 swingarm but it seems a lot of trouble, surely cheaper to get a custom bracket made if this doesnt fit.Drunkn Munky wrote:I can't see that working on a 30 cam due to 35 having a completely different torque arm design. The NC30 and NC35 dont use the same rear caliper though, I think the 30 caliper is similar the MC28 if not the same part.
The actual hub is the same on all 3 bikes (NC30 / NC35 and MC28) only the brake caliper holder is different.
The 35 and 28 being similar if not same.
I dont think you can fit it easily to the NC30 arm, it will fit on the hub no trobule but I seem to recall it clips to the swingingarm in some way and moves along it, and this wont be there on an NC30.

Thanks for all the info, hopefully Paul from tyga sees this post and gets a hurry on making one for nc30's.
84 mm brembos are fitted to lots of bikes, you can also get lighter racing models with the same spacing (ebay has new and used listed).

Yes, I've seen this post
. We don't have any immediate plan to make a bracket for the NC30. It was lucky the MC28 one fitted the NC35. Anyway, they do seem to sell well on all models from NSRs to RGVs and hopefully on the NC35. if that is the case, then we will look into one for the NC30 too. I just wish there were more hours in the day...

Thanks for the info Paul. I realise tyga focus on aftermarket products for 2-strokes but there are a lot of nc30 enthusiasts worldwide looking for a better/lighter rear caliper option, I'm hoping you can make it happen one day!

Any word on Tyga making these for the NC30? Really wanting to swap a tiny Brembo onto the back of my track bike.

Isn't the bolt that goes through the swingarm for the brake torque arm on the NC30 in roughly the same place as the caliper bracket pivot bolt on the NC35? Seems like it could be made to fit the NC30 with a little creativity.
