NC30 spring weight question
the shock on my NC is a bit soggy for my liking and I would like to take it on a trackday.
I have read that the BMW S1000 shock will fit, but I also understand the standard spring is too soft for the NC.
Therefore, could someone tell me what is the ideal spring rate for an NC30 (for track use) for a 10(ish) stone rider.
