Brake Pistons
Does anyone know what the size (diameter) of the larger brake piston on the front caliper is on a 3TJ-1?
Someone's sold me the wrong seal kit and wants me to start measuring up a bike thats over 200 miles away.
Thanks for any help

Re: Brake Pistons
Hi mate I've just done mine and would have had same problem if I hadn't called the guy first to make sure as he already had two different size kits for same model making it three now.
The seals on my 3tj1 where
Front small S4 27mm Large S8 34mm Rear 38mm
Sumitomo callipers!
Hope this helps

Re: Brake Pistons
cheers for that man, massive help. couldn't find them in the workshop manual
unfortunately they were under the impression that nothing ever changed between the 1wg and 3tj models.
at least they sorted it all out nice and quick though :)
