hey guys
got nc23 used to work just fine till it shut down at idle
cleaned the slow jets worked just fine
suddenly when the bike get's warm the idle increase itself
cleaned the carb ( slow jets - big jets - pilot screw. found out that there is littile spring and washer under the pilot screw that was damaged and changed them ) closed the pilot screw and turn it 2.5 turn out
now the bike when its cold idle very good
when it gets warm or hot the idle increase again so i have to adjust idle speed till it idle again
but when i touch the throttle the rpm increase and stay up
then i have to adjust idle speed again and so on

please any help cause i had enough of this bike

one last thing it used to rev to the limit makin that sound :stupid: now not

Mate your carbs are screwed so your better of rebuilding them or getting new ones my friends fzr400 has the exact same problem as you and we have done absolutely everything to fix them with no success so he is going to buy new ones! hope this helps! :peace:

check your throttle cable isnt sticking. In addition spray some carb cleaner or similar around the base of the carbs and see if the revs alter - that would indicate an air leak, check they are seated properly.

It might be an idea to balance them and see if it helps at all.
