Zed 400 AMA style
My new to me Zed 400

I cant take any credit for building this but i do intend on putting my own stamp on it, being a special these things are never finished and theres a few minor jobs that need doing before it gets any use,
Replace front master cylinder
New seal kit for hydraulic clutch
Engine has slight leak around the sump
Tank needs sealing
Ive got all sorts of ideas running around in my head right now for this but first things first i need to get the little jobs done and down for a MOT, their going to love that exhaust, just look at it!

Re: Zed 400 AMA style
Just wanna get it on the road first of all then maybe a USD front end and most likely a different end can, or one at all would be nice
Something period like a moriwaki or Kerker would look cool. Also wanna change those rearsets then i might look at more power, it already had oversized pistons but a bigger motor has crossed my mind, open flatslides would be sooooo cool
See how things pan out but i wouldn't mind running it on the sunday at cadwell as its a 1983 model.

No way, personally I think I looks stunning but I guess it's not too everyone's taste. I may get another tank and panels and do a blue and yellow moriwaki rep but let's get it on the road first.Zippy wrote:Looking good. Are you going to change the colour?
