Evening all, :grin:

Can someone recommend a good quality grease for wheels bearings, rear swing arm, shock bearings and bushes ?? Not a clever boy when it comes to the sticky stuff lol.

A tub of the castrol lithium moly from halfords should do the trick.

I use Mobil 1 full synthetic grease on all the bearings. It's nowhere near as dirty as some of the Molly stuff out there and has excellent lubrication numbers.
