nc29 not starting, relay or stater motor problem

Good morning, got a quick question for you lovely people. My nc29 has decided it doesn't want to start anymore, when I hit the start button the starter motor relay makes a loud clicking noise and nothing happens. I replaced the fuse which didn't fix it, so I am about to order a re-placement relay, but I was wondering if I should be replacing the stater motor as well? I am kind of hoping that the clicking noise just means that the relay is f*cked..
