Re: Look familiar ?
Do you say that from experience or in hope? Could be handy if it can be used, but then being Chinese I wuold expect it to be made from pretty cheap stuff, especially it's only £13!

Re: Look familiar ?
You looking to convert to single switchgear then?

Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

Not sure about having the start button on that side. Would feel a little strange.

Re: Look familiar ?
I think he means to use it as the horn switch, just like on the original switchgear.
Only question I'd have is, is the red switch latching? If not it'd be no good for high/low beam.

No not melted but its badly faded and the pass button is heavily road rashed and not working.

Re: Look familiar ?
Rhory, I wouldn't waste my money on this Chinese part, and judging by the quality of your bikes you shouldn't either.
I think a better option would be to update to new, modern switchgear from a current honda model, the switchgear would look great from a new CB400, VTR250 etc. Just not sure on prices, where's Rick O when you need him...
Also, I'm planning on sticking nc35 lefthand switchgear on my nc30 over the x-mas break - some pin locations will need to be changed in the connector block no doubt. I'll do a write up for you if interested.
