NC30 Front caliper Bolts - size check please
Ok guys, I need a little help in clarifying some bolt sizes before I ended up getting the wrong size....and when you are ti shopping , that could be a very expensive mistake.
I have already got things like the sprocket bolts, nuts, hub nut etc sorted out and have turned my attention to the front end and more specifically the callipers. I already have a very nice set of fully refurbished calipers to go on the bike, but whilst I am doing the rest of the ti I figure I might as well do these as well.
What I am after is the sizes of the caliper bolts. Item 22 – (TORUKUSU bolt) Part No 90107-KV3-701 in case that helps

I am also looking to clarify the size of the pad retaining pin (20 above) on the front calipers. I think it is as shown below...

If so I think these are the puppies I need (http://www.pro-bolt.com/titanium-calipe ... tural.html) , but if anyone has one lying around can you please check for me?
Thanks

I've got them sat in their box right now..... They have a decent angle on them...but I find that with all clipons that are aftermarket they sit lower.
Might even get chance to sort them tomorrow, got me some shit to do.
Quality wise, they are really nice. I sold some Harris and Vortex ones on when I bought these. And I like Kayla too, she is a lovely lass and thoroughly deserving of our time and money.

The torx bolt is 8x25 according to this site:
http://www.tiaromotorcyclewreckers.com/ ... 20five.htm
However, I can't find a single other one that specifies, so don't take that as gospel!

May sound daft but if you have some calipers knocking about cant you just take one of the bolts out and measure it?

Mark, agree with keeping it local when I can and already have hub nut, wheel nut, pinch bolt and spindle nut all sorted from Kayla (Projection) ...but they don't do the race spec fasteners in the other sizes like Pro Bolt do. Shopped local first, then went further afieldCMSMJ1 wrote:Not sure mate, but does Kayla not do some ti bolts. keep it local and all that?
