Nc23 died......yup again not happy
Hey guys and gals, i got caught in really bad torential rain yesterday on the bike and it started running lumpy and cut out, i know my ht leads are arcing as i could feel little shocks thought my pants which were piss rapped. Managed to get it started again and got it home.
Went to it this morning and wouldnt start sounded like the battery didnt have much charge!! dont see how as its a brand new reg/rec, so put the battery on charge and it still wouldnt start had a couple of splutters thats about it.
So inspected everything and noticed a wet patch underneath carb 4 rubber dabbed it with my finger and smells like petrol :S
Anyway im at a loss now im sick of taking it apart to fix it every other month really doing my head in and makes it worse knowing how much i have spent on it already.
Any ideas?
Here are a couple of pics of the leak, its running down from the rubber and can see it collecting underneath the water pipe

Thanks
Adam

HI could i suggest sticking float valve or leaking float bowl seal if its just one carb if bike is suffering from fuel starvation maybe a blocked tank filter just done one on mine it was badly blocked.also maybe check tank breather located in cap and outlet through tank body. thx c
