suspension set up
has anyone got any set ups for the rear shock like what notch it should be on or anything??

Many people will disagree with this but if you know nothing about suspension i find its a good guide.

I put this link up before on some site and it had a mixed reception. I suppose some people prefer to set suspension their own way. For me it seemed to work, i went for 35% sag.
