17" RS250 rear rim on NC30 or NC35?
has anyone been successful with placing a RS250 rim on NC30 or NC35? if so, what is the widest with you can go with? 17 x 5.5 or 17 x 5.0? any help would be great

5.5 will go, your news to use shallow head disc bolts so its sits flush against the hub and a conical wheel spacer to suit the wheel. Or just use a a RS250 works axle
they bolt straight in and just need a bush pressed onto the axle to suit the NC hub bearing.

Tony any more info on your rs250 axle as I have been trying to find oneOr just use a a RS250 works axle

wasn't the chain on the other side on an RS250 and are the 'spokes' directional?

Ive seen a couple on ebay of the years but there of a steel construction and still have the spindle through the middle so i doubt there much lighter. This one is alloy and very light, lasse was selling one a while back very cheap but it got snapped up in no time at all.

DM - Have you fitted your works axle to your bike - If so any pics?
I'm intrigued about these works axles as i cant find any pics with them on a GP bike etc. The single sided swingarms on the race bikes used the standard style fitting from what i have seen. Any info or pics of them in use would be sweet!
