UK front indicators
Apologies that my first post is an ask, hopefully I will be able to help some people when I know more about these bikes.
I recently bought a UK NC30 that has been messed around with and I want to return it to standard.
Does anyone know what bikes shared the same parts (if any did) and if anyone has it a part number for the original fitment parts, I believe that they are somehow different to those fitted to import bikes.
Kind Regards
Rob

Re: UK front indicators
Hi mate.
I sent you a pm about the indicators.
Essentially the uk NC had different indicators and a different nosecone to accommodate the huge indicators they have. Your Nosecone should have oval holes so the indicator arms go through them and attach to brackets which are attached to the front light frame either side.
The rear indicators to have different mounting brackets which accommodate the numberplate light pod.
Hope this helps.
Kris
I think old cbr600 had similar indicators but they were different part numbers.

Re: UK front indicators
indeed, CBR600FX FX, fireblade, SP1 all v similar even if part no's are slightly different.
Kris is spot on though, if its been crashed and bodge repaired, then there is a good chance the nose is jap and therefore not suitable, also the hanger brackets will be missing too.
and again with the rear, first thing to go in a drop is the undertray, so if fitted with a jap one, then unless you have all the right uk parts your going to struggle to source much of this stuff.
