Hello,
Fitting a new chain and sprocket onto my NC30, the bearing holder is seized and will not allow for adjustment i.e.it will not rotate... Ideas?
Cheers

what are you using to move the adjuster? The correct Honda specific spanner is required, its probably just not been moved for a long time. Dont be tempted to use a screwdriver and hammer to move it though.

when I got my NC30, mine was siezed too. I had to remove the (siezed) rear wheel, then the big circlip and bash it out wit a hammer. The cavity it sat in was full of gravel. I cleaned out the gravel, installed a new greased hub and the whole thing moves smoothly now.

As he says, well about the gravel etc anyway.
Clean it out, I was surprised how much gravel and shite was in there when I did mine, and put some expanding foam in the swaing arm so it doesn't fill up again. Put a smear of grease on the outside of the bearing holder, reassemble and that should sort it.

Cheers for the advice, I'll have to get hold of an auxiliary stand before I give it a go, but I'll keep you informed of my progress
