Nose cone decals

Post by bikemonkey »

Does anyone know where I could get just the nose cone decals for the SEED type 2 colour scheme?

Plus, what is the paint code for the SEED type 2 silver, and could I get it in rattle cans?

You mean the black and red triangles either side?

Brooky (vinylmarksigns) might be worth trying.

The silver is called Accurate Seed silver all the paint codes are on here somewhere, but I would imagine Ricky knows it off the top of his head.

I take it this to repair the panels after your "off" the other day?

My advice to you would be get some solid oem panels colour doesn't matter and get them on your bike. Take all your Seed panels off and assess what is repairable and what isn't then get a sprayer to match the replacement panels to the rest of the Seed scheme.

Otherwise your going to be shelling out £20 here £50 there to get a "nearly" Seed scheme that you won't be happy with.

Just my thoughts on it. ;-)

Thanks, I'll see if Brooky can do anything for me, and I'll talk to Ricky again too.

Yeah I just need a nose cone, I'm not too bothered about the cosmetics of the bike yet, just don't want it looking like a mish-mash of colour schemes. Plus I don't have the money to get it done properly for quite a while yet.

Once I'm happy with the bike mechanically and I've got the cash, then it'll be done properly, but until then I just want a rideable bike I can enjoy.
