i had some tubing laying around from when i bled my car brakes which fitted and i used it to bleed my brakes on the bike with and i know the cars bleed nipples were 7mm so im pretty sure the bike nipples are the same

but if its too small ID then it will just be a squeeze to get on , id go for a 6/7mm

aquarium shops sell clear tubing cheap

i got a length for 50p

bike bleed nipples are smaller than cars, about 4-5mm ID works, but its a tight fit, car windscreen washer tubing from camberley auto f ctors was a tight fit but better that than too loose
