Engine number querie
Hello,
I have a NC23E which is needing some major rebuilding! The engine has seen better days so I've obtained a replacement, which looks fine but is very slightly different from the original one.
The original engine has engine number: NC23E 1093xxx
Replacement engine is: NC23E 1205xxx
I cannot find this replacement engine number in the Haynes manuel. Statring with 10 yes, starting with 12 no.
Questions:
What is this engine?
Will it fit the chassis?

Thanks for this. Checking other posts as well it looks as if the spare engine which came with the bike is for a CB400FK unforntunately. Will be selling this engine and using the funds to overhaul the original one I think.
Anyone need this engine?????
