Fuse box terminals....

Hi everyone,
Looking for some help...

I am rebuilding the harness of my bike (NC35) from step one. I have already bought cables but i will be needing several types of cable terminals.
Such as this one which is from the fuse box....


Also the other type of terminals i will be needing is the one that is used to connect the Cdi to the harness.

Has anyone done this before? Does anyone know where to buy them?

produces them but i cannot contact them.All i want to know is where could i buy them.

Any help on this matter is much appreciated!!

I have already checked them. I don't think (i'll check it agian) they sell these specific terminals.

If you figure it out do please share as I have shamefully bodged this on a previous bike and would like to know how to do it properly if I ever have to.

That place is very useful for FBL2, 6 and 8 connectors, and might well have the round ones you need for the CDI plug. Maybe 3-1200?

for the "16 way fuse box.", might be what you need.

It may pay you to email them the pic you have and ask if they do them.

Sorry for the late response.

I'm afraid that this is not suitable for the rvf400 fuse box. I have checked almost every terminal this shop has.
None of them is suitable. I would not mind using it, the thing is that it has the locking pin on the left side (maybe the right side too) not on its back.
The Cdi unit needs some small square like terminals. I think I've found these in the RS on line shop,
something like this : http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/crimp-terminals/6707019/ and this : http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/crimp-terminals/6706331/ ...... I just need to study their specs more closely regarding which one is best for the "job" .
Now this is a good idea i did not think of (Sending them the photo).

Why are you using the RVF400 fusebox if you are making a new wiring loom.

Ditch it and use something else? You can get many tasty miniature fuseboxes, there even making them for Yamaha's now.

I'd use one that takes mini Blade fuses rather than glass body fuses.

Why are you using the RVF400 fusebox

Neosophist,I was just wondering if i could keep the original one because it is already positioned under the pilion seat.
You know that there are not many places under the pilion seat where you could fix a fuse box (Dimensions are critical)

Good point there thunderace. I was also thinking of that, only, i came up with nothing when i searched for it.
