Suspension set up?

How do I set up my suspension to my weight? It was specifically set up for the prev owner, 15Stone, unlike me who is currently 11 stone ish with gear on, was wondering how much hassle it is to do whilst i have the bike off the road?

This is one of the best guides i've found, will get you very close if not perfect.

Also it doesn't require you to rush anything

Free - I had my Mille done at 100% suspension and it was interesting..all sorted out now, which is great!

I dont see the point in telling someone to set their bike up and only giving them free sag numbers, this is only half the story. And it implies that the same setup would suit a 50kg rider than a 100kg rider. If you were only going to give one set of numbers you would give the rider sag numbers, the free numbers are only used as a second reference point to check for corect spring rates for specific rider weights.

You either need to know what you are doing, or get someone to do it for you. I have a pretty good grasp of how it is supposed to work but I still could not settle my bike down and so paid for the advice.

That is a good guide Neo and well explained.
Also remember that the bike should be set for you and how you ride, not how your mate has his bike.
