SCOTTS STEERING DAMPER
What do you think about possibility to fit this damper? It looks like it is possible to make some mounting holes on the frame and yoke to fix this damper.

Looks easy enough and there's a lot to be said for it. There's nothing more frustrating than being anable to restart a race after bending your damper in a minor off. How much are these things?

I'm worrying there is no room on the frame fro mounting bracket.

The cost of it more that 300$ ( > 150 GBP).

Yes that could be harder on a road bike with the stock fairing stay. If you lost that (I just have two mounts extending up to each upper fairing 'wing') and rotated the steering damper mount by 180 degrees it looks like it would work but I'd want to measure one up to be sure.
Alternatively Honda has been fitting these kind of dampers of their RRs for a couple of years so there would be plenty at the wreckers. They may fit and be an economical alternative. They won't have the adjustability but then the Scott unit has more than you could use on a road bike. The one on the blades is speed sensitive so must have some connection to the electrics, a little work and you could have a electrical switch or dial on your dash that adjusts the resistance. That would be great for racing if you could have a 'slapper' button that cranks up the damping levels as soon as you hit it, got me thinking now....
