Removing speed limiter

Removing speed limiter

Hi,
just wandering if anyone knows whats involved in removing / disconecting the speed limiter on my NC31. I have got to take the clocks apart to repair accident damage & I have heard you can do somthing to the speed limiter, I thought while I was in there.......... :whistle:
