After noon lads,

I am after removing the altenator and rectifier from my track bike (NC29 cbr400) I also plan on removing the large magnet from the end of the crank.

Can you tell me the "do" and "do not" of this modification.

I know the charging is gone from the battery this is not a problem.

I was full of confidence starting this but had a nightmare  last night so can you put my worries to rest.

George

Take the casing off, remove generator, remove flywheel, remove tiny woodruff key, fill hole left in casing by wire.
Bolt casing back on, unplug rectifier.

Job done.
