My UK Spec NC30

She's not perfect but certainly no dog, Most bearings etc have been replaced during a strip n rebuild and is pretty much all original bar the exhaust, brake lines and samcos of which im working on to replace but for now she's got a fresh set of BT090's and ready to ride for the summer

The main points that need addressing are,
Tank needs a respray
Forks need sorting and a respray
Wheels could do with a lick of paint
Rear seat needs replacing or recovering
And the exhaust of course

Nice, looks like a keeper that one.
On a side note, how well does your harris paddock stand fit? I turned up a new shaft because I was so unhappy with mine.

Funny you should say that, it fits in the axle a treat but spin the wheel and it wobbles about, i just put it down to a slightly bent shaft. Is this the problem you had?

Very nice buy Tony. Good luck with her.
My beadie eye says that that system looks like an Ethos. Are you thinking of getting rid of it, or just cleaning it up and leaving it were it is. I have an incomplete half system here for my track-heap, but might consider swapping out of a complete half system (as long as the bank account doesn't say otherwise)

Thats one sharp beadie eye you got there mate
It is a Ethos half system, top marks go to the head of the class.

I think im gunna hang on to it if i can, good systems dont tend to come up very often these days and this one is very good, no dents, bead blasted and highly polished although its curently covered in marks from my grubby mitts.

Jebus! How the hell did you spot it as an ethos?
Nope, mine was a sloppy fit (ID of the bike is 31.8 and the OD of the stand is 29.96). Harris were happy to make a new shaft FOC but wanted me to send the old one back and I couldnt be bothered so I made a new one (rather strange logic now I think about it)
