nc30 headskimming info

Hi folks just stripped an blown nc30 (headgasket) and want to get the heads flowed
three angle seats ect ,and skimmed 0.005" to be sure of flatness. Now ive been trawlling through all old posts about this mod and i can appreciate what everyone has said (shim cam carrier towers) This makes sense so i am going to get some shims for the job and im going to have to reshim the valves for sure. Is this it or am i missing any other facts . Has anyone done this before and have hard info on the job just the gears that im concerned about really its just a track bike.
So total loss and quiertning gears allready TAKEN out so please if you can share any info please pm me to aid the rework.

PM me your email and I will send you drawings we made for shims for raising the cam carriers. Ideally you can get shims made by lasercutting sheet metal.
