What are people using to drive the lower steering head bearing onto the yoke? looking for a cheap alternative after misplacing my sealey driver

slid it on as far as it will go, turn the yoke upside down and using the jaws of the vice loosely tap the bottom of the yoke/clamps with a mallet, or copper hammer and it will go down, turn it 3 - 9 o'clock 12-6 o'clock between taps,
in additions it helps to put the yoke and clamp in the freezer, and warm the bearing race also, dont forget a smidge of grease

I slide them on as far as possible. Then put the stem back into the headstock and tap the bottom yoke upwards with a nylon hammer

I use the old bearing race inverted on the stem as a drift.

I used a length of that blue PVC water pipe from the builders' merchant. Worked a treat.
