Depends on your personal skill.

If you can use an allen key and a spanner or wratchet then you should be able to do it with your eyes closed.

However, some people struggle with a spanner.

When replacing the pads make sure to clean all the piston you can see before pushing it back into the caliper and check the rubber seals... they sometimes need replacing.
