NC30 tank pads

Post by Moore »

Hi, I pritty am fed up of wasting my money on tank pads,, I must have tryed 3 scince april and not 1 of them have lasted long before peeling off, or lifting around edges. tryed Genuine Honda HRC, R&G, 3D pad from china.
I have cleaned surface properly, used hair dryer to warm tank and pad?
Even stuck masking tape over pad and tank to help hold edges down,, Nothing has worked!!
Which tank pads do you guys recommend or use..

thanks, moore

I have been looking at those carbon tank pads, im unsure if i like it or not? they look queit bulky imo. i would prefre to see one fitted before i commit to buying.. Atleat i can be sure this pad wont lift or peel at the edges like all the others have done! has anybody seen or used one of these on an nc30, any pics available?
What tank pads do you guys use.. are there any foam pads available.
I cant belive im having to ask for help with tank pads, surely this shouldnt be an issue. lol

Thanks pal. It's slowing getting there, within touching distance of the end result which is nice.
