I think the T'cat motor is the Foxeye with slightly higher compression and a stronger crank to cope with it.

The T'cat is 62 × 49.6 mm bore x stroke with nikasil liners
The Foxeye is 59.0 x 54.8 mm steel liners..
Foxeye starter gears etc should be the same..

Sorry, don't know where you got that information but it's wrong.
FZR600 3HE 59.00 x 54.8 mm steel liners. comp 12.0;1
foxeye 4jh 62.00 x 49.6 mm. comp 12.01
Thundercat 62.00 x 49.6 mm. comp 12.0;1
I also believe the foxeye and thundercat are steel liners.
The thundercat has stronger rods.
But having siad all that i think the starter motors are compatable.
