NC30 to NC35 rear wheel?
Hi chaps.
My tyres on my NC30 will need changing shortly and i think the price of the 18 inch tyres is rather steep.
If i fit the 17 inch rear wheel from an NC35 on to my NC30, do i need just the wheel or do i also need other parts from an nc35?
Also, will i need to change the front and/or rear sprocket to keep the speedo reading the correct speed?

If you think the price of 18" tyres is steep, wait and see what nc35 wheels and dogbone linkages go forGadget wrote:Hi chaps.

I haven't actually seen what price the NC35 rear wheel etc... go for yet secondhand, but what you say has crossed my mind.

Straight fit. But ride height will drop because of the smaller wheel. You can sort this by using the 35s linkage. 17 inchers are expensive. 150 - 175 last I checked.

Re: NC30 to NC35 rear wheel?
I saw a 17" NC35 rear wheel go for over £200 inc del on ebay a few weeks back, It was in reasonable condition, in the pics you could see that the seller had left the old price tag on the wheel, it was £49, thats some mark up.
I have a 17" & 18", the 18" feels much lighter than the 17".
