Hi,
This sounds daft but I am putting together one of the nc23s and the exhaust seems to have a steel ring loose on the inside of it, after the 4 into 1 section, and before the kink to the part where the end can is fixed on.
These are standard headers and other than this look in perfect condition.
Should there be some sort of valve/flow reducer inside them which has rusted free?
I can cut the exhaust open to get this offending item out and reweld it up but its a bit of a pain. Have any of you guys heard of this before?
Cheers
Adrian
