Dream designs of new Honda...
I have just read some mag from Belgium with topic about "What IF Honda makes a new two-stroke motorcycle...." and came across another paint scheme.
I tried to find that pic on the internet, but I found this one below instead...just an idea/reincarnation of what it should look like, designed by Kar Lee...his inspiration in the NSR500R...

What do you think of it? I like the way they used an RVF Suzuka front and the long low bodywork to the rear wheel like sort of Silhouette and matching with the gold (HRC?) wheels
But I do not like the very tiny small rear panel. Prefer more body/meat in there.
And as said there is also another scheme of above design idea, but more in the traditional factory HRC/RC30 colours.

Nice but very much the same as all the other "what if" designs they did. It'll never happen so were just have to build our own :)

Correct! I agree with that. Thing is it is a mix up of several bikes from now and the past. But not really something new. It all can be build by our own as hybrids, well...sort of
Reminds me that is was not RC30 HRC paint scheme that I mentioned earlier, but it is similar to the NS400R HRC scheme with the yellow on side mid fairing...like this one..

Apparently Shinichi Ito will race at Motegi in a derivation of that scheme... Should be very cool!

Motegi in about two weeks then...I will be watching that for sure! :)
Itoh is cool. I like his style when he raced during mid/end '90's in the Repsol colours...especially on the NSR500V(2 cylinders) with the single sided swingarm and he kept good in the subtop field with soo many on mighty V4's.

Cool... looking forward to seeing what scheme honda will come up with.CMSMJ1 wrote:Apparently Shinichi Ito will race at Motegi in a derivation of that scheme... Should be very cool!
The repsol Aragon scheme was shite. I can understand that they still needed to show off the sponsors colours and logos though.

Looks like something from yoshis island...
