Those mixture settings seem pretty extreme, are you running the standard airbox/filter setup

Is that three and a half turns, or three 1/2 turns on the pilot screw? [ i.e one and a half]

was 1 1/4 turns, is now 3 1/2 turns out.
I know it seems alot, especially when mixture screw only goes out 4 turns!

Haynes says 1 5/8 turns out too

Don't the 35 carbs work backwards, more turns out make them leaner?

Those settings look way out - running different float heights front and rear will throw all your other settings out.

I guess how it rides is what's important.

Which chart line is what? Before and after??

Ok thanks for your input guys
Personally, i was suprised with the final settings
For some reason, wasn't dyno'd before service, only after, and then after a tweak.

Haynes manual shows different to my final settings

However, at present, it is running a blueflame race exhaust (which i will be changning to RL) and also aftermarket filter.

Before service, screws were 1 1/4 turns out all round, jets 110 in front, 108 in back (they swapped this around as tthey mentioned runs hotter at rear)

They did a tweak to make it better mid range.
Think blue line is as it is now, shows it running a bit rich lower down revs, once again was told this bike liked it.

One thing i have noticed is that i no longer can use choke to start from cold??? just cuts out, only need to apply a little throttle and it fires up

No smoke while running.

I took it in for service as i only just got it and previous owner had taken carbs off and cleaned so wanted to make sure it wasn't running lean.
It rode very well before service, still rides good now and is clearly producing the correct power. would be nice to know how it did before service on the dyno, but wasn't done

Anyone recommend settings they are using on this type of bike

I might take it back in if the general concensus on here is that settings seem strange

Cheers

also while i remember, sometimes if i'm in a high gear but cruising at 5-6krpm and 'floor' it, it seems to slump in power then after second or so, picks up?
