Good chance it's flooded.

You can still get a spark at the plugs but failure to ignite the fuel if it's flooded.

A bit more info and a bit of background information will aid others in helping, you'll get more replies.

i got the bike running today but its not running like it should, i has to have choke to start and there is absolutely nothing happening under 6000 rpm

its worth noticing that the bike is an import from Thailand and i live in norway so the jets won't be the correct size, right?

Sounds like blocked carbs. A good start would be to take the carbs off, check all teh jets and settings and clean them.

All of this is covered in the carb jetting guide sticky thread in the V4 workshop section.
