Someone Vandalized my bike *help*
Hi guys, i havenft been here for awhile because my bike has been problem free :)
I was staying overnight at my school hostel. When i came down in the morning, i started my engine as usual, However i realised my exhaust note was much softer.
It took me a few seconds to realised that some F*cker had used a hose to fill my exhaust pipe with water. I rev-ed the bike a couple of times and water gushed out of my exhaust pipe.
After a few times, water stopped coming out, however a white smoke came out of the exhaust pipe for awhile before it turned back to normal.
I rode for 15 mins back home and left my bike at home. I just rode the bike out again after around 12 hours, it SEEMS to be running fine.
Do i have to bring my bike to a mech to get anything serviced? Sigh, why would anyone do such a thing to my bike

Not the usuall spud in the exhaust trick but annoying all the same...
My bet is if it's running ok after 12hrs your in the clear. Any water by now would have been ejected or evaporated (steam).
If water were to of got in the cylinder it would of hydraulicked (spelling?) and then you'd of been in a world of pain
Just for peace of mind check the oil has not gone milky colour...

There are, but ask yourself the question - is my bike loud? Do my neighbours have kids, or work nights? You can only really answer one of those questions, and a combi of "yes" answers could be the root cause of the problem.
