Post by chutney »

Hi guy my first post and it may have been covered before bt i couldnt find anything with the search, long story short the block on my gsxr gk76a has a lovely (not) big hole in it and im looking for another engine now for it  i read on here somewhere that i can only use gk76 engines or have i got that wrong and its just a mounting issue that is different?

Any help much appreciated thanks

Hi, yep you can only use the 76a engine as it mounts up very differently to the 73a, what exactly is wrong with the old motor?

B4 is similar to the 73a and so no good as the B4 and 73a hang from the frame were as the 76a sits in the frame.
